A Mass intention is a way to bring certain people or needs before the Lord during the Holy Mass.
It is customary to make a donation when requesting a Mass intention, as a way to support the Church and the livelihood of the priests. A contribution of €10 per Mass intention is requested, though larger offerings are, of course, welcome.
According to the bishop’s guidelines, only one intention may be assigned to each weekday Mass, while multiple intentions may be included in weekend Masses. Occasionally, there may be more requests than available Masses, in which case an additional intention may be added if necessary.
It is advisable to submit your Mass intentions at least 10 days in advance. If the date or time you request is already taken, we will inform you accordingly.
